Sarah Barnett

Sarah Barnett has a background in psychology and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Vincent College. Sarah also has a Graduate Certificate in Local Government Management from Virginia Tech. Currently, Sarah is the Interim Deputy City Manager at the City of Manassas Park, where Sarah has been working since October 2011. Prior to that, Sarah held various roles at Continental Pools, Inc., including City Operations Officer, Director of Community Services, Operations Manager, Aquatics Manager, Office Manager, and Staffing Coordinator. In addition, Sarah is currently pursuing a Masters of Public Administration from Syracuse University's Maxwell School.
