Jessica Lillibridge

Jessica Lillibridge, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Director for the City of Manitowoc since October 2014, and previously held the position of HR Generalist. Prior to this role, Jessica was an Executive Assistant at Manitowoc Public Utilities from July 2004 to October 2014. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational/Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (2000 - 2005) and an Associate degree in General studies from the University of Wisconsin-Manitowoc (1993 - 1996).
