Roberta Mandich

Roberta Mandich is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organizational management and strategic HR execution across various industries. Currently serving as the People & Culture Director for EMEA Region at QuidelOrtho since January 2023, Roberta previously held the position of EMEA HR Director at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics from July 2014, where leadership of HR strategies for a workforce of approximately 600 employees in the EMEA region was a key responsibility. Prior to this, Roberta worked at Johnson & Johnson in several HR roles, including HR Business Manager for the Mediterranean Cluster, contributing to various HR initiatives. Roberta began a career in HR with a focus on training and development at Mars and has a solid educational background from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, graduating in 1996.
