Amber Bisinger

Amber Bisinger has extensive experience in communications and marketing, currently serving as Communications Manager for the City of Marion, Iowa, where responsibilities include directing public relations activities and advising on communications strategy. Prior roles include Advancement Specialist at Iowa State University Extension, where Amber improved visibility for the organization across 30 counties, and various positions at the U.S. Cellular Center/Paramount Theatre, ultimately rising to Marketing & Community Relations Manager. Amber holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Management from Mount Mercy University.
