Dawn Penland

Dawn Penland is the Finance Director at City of Marion. Prior to this role, Dawn served as the Assistant Finance Director at the same company. Dawn also has experience as a General Ledger Accountant at TestAmerica and as a Staff Accountant at O'Mara Incorporated. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting and Business Management from Waynesburg University. Dawn attended Moanalua High School before pursuing their higher education.
