Haylie Miller

Haylie Miller has extensive experience in community development and planning. Haylie is currently working as the Community Development Director for the City of Marysville, WA since March 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at the City of Ferndale, Washington from January 2019 to March 2021. In Ferndale, they also worked as an Associate Planner from October 2016 to December 2018 and as an Assistant Planner from September 2013 to September 2016. Before their time in Ferndale, Haylie worked as a Project Administrator at SCS Engineers from March 2012 to September 2013. Haylie also served as an Associate Planner at Eldred & Associates from December 2009 to February 2012 and as an Administrative Assistant at Wildlands from October 2005 to July 2007.

Haylie Miller attended Western Washington University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Planning and Policy. Prior to that, their education history is unknown, but it is known that they attended Marysville Pilchuck High School at some point.
