Jesse Birchman

Jesse Birchman is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in transportation and park maintenance management. Currently serving as the Transportation & Parks Maintenance Manager for the City of Marysville, WA since May 2022, Jesse has held previous roles as City Engineer and Traffic Engineer for the City of Mountlake Terrace from December 2016 to May 2022. Additionally, Jesse worked as a Senior Transportation Engineer at The Transpo Group from August 2005 to November 2016, and started as a Transportation Intern and later as a Survey Technician at Perteet between 1998 and 2002. Jesse holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Idaho and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Washington State University.
