Kerwin Talbot

Kerwin Talbot is a seasoned Geographic Information Systems Analyst with extensive experience in enterprise GIS administration, database management, and web application development. Currently, at the City of Marysville, WA, since September 2022, Kerwin oversees the GIS operations, enhancing map services and streamlining workflows using SQL and Python.
