Nichole Debaker

Nichole DeBaker is an experienced utility accountant currently employed by the City of Mayville since February 2020. Prior to this role, Nichole held positions at Dodge County UW Extension as Program Support Staff in Administration and Human Development & Relationships from February 2018 to February 2020, and served as Co-Office Manager at Waas Boring & Cable, Inc. from August 2013 to February 2018. Nichole's career also includes experience in policy holder services at John Hancock Financial Services from October 2007 to January 2011, and as a Customer Service Team Lead at Kohl's Department Stores from May 2005 to October 2007. Nichole earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Concordia University-Wisconsin between 2010 and 2012.
