Andrew Dutton, AICP has extensive experience in urban planning and zoning roles. Andrew currently works as the Community Development Director for the City of Medina, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Planning and Zoning Manager for the City of Wooster from 2013 to 2021. Before that, they held various planning and zoning roles at the City of Canal Winchester, including Planning and Zoning Administrator, Zoning Officer, and Planning and Zoning Intern.
Andrew Dutton, AICP, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning from Ohio University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Andrew then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in City and Regional Planning at The Ohio State University, from 2002 to 2004.
