Laz Peterson

Laz Peterson is an experienced IT professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as a Commissioner for Parks, Recreation, and Trails with the City of Menifee since July 2023. As the founder of Paravis, LLC since October 2012, Laz has specialized in private cloud hosting, secure email services, and network infrastructure recovery. Additionally, Laz owns Viridio.net, which provides web and internet services including e-commerce and private cloud solutions. With a solid background in data modeling and management through LightTouch, LLC, and previous roles as a network and database administrator at Retina Institute of California, Laz has extensive experience in technology infrastructure and medical data management. Earlier consulting positions spanned both the medical field and general IT support, showcasing a broad skill set developed over decades, beginning with technical support roles in the late 1990s. Education has been pursued at American InterContinental University and Utah State University.
