Ryan Fowler

Ryan Fowler is a highly experienced planning professional with a robust background in public and private sector projects. Since April 2012, Ryan has held various positions at the City of Menifee, currently serving as Principal Planner. Prior roles include Senior Planner, Acting Planning Manager, and Associate Planner. Ryan's earlier experience includes work with RBF Consulting as an Environmental Planner/Assistant Project Manager, managing large-scale infrastructure and land use projects, and providing CEQA and NEPA compliance. Additionally, Ryan has contributed as a Contract Planner at Hogle-Ireland, overseeing over 300 development projects, and as an Environmental Analyst at RBF Consulting, generating environmental analysis documents. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Planning from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Economics from Wheaton College. Ryan's diverse experience is further complemented by volunteer work with the Peace Corps, facilitating small business development.
