Michelle Baccheschi, MSA, CGFO, has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Manager of Budget and Treasury for the City of Mesquite since April 2018. Previous roles include Tax Assessor/Collector, Senior Budget Analyst, Interim Accounting Manager, and Senior Accountant - Payroll within the same organization. Prior to this, Michelle worked as a Reconciliations Accountant at Elements International Group, LLC, and held positions such as Director of Business at TELOS Fitness Center and Staff Accountant at Saville, Dodgen & Co. Educationally, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master's of Accountancy from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
