Jennifer Finnigan

Jennifer Finnigan is currently the Treasurer/Collector at the City of Methuen since June 2020. Prior to this, Jennifer held the same position at the Town of Tyngsborough and the Town of North Andover. With over 14 years of experience in municipal finance, Jennifer manages a team of three staff, prepares quarterly billing, reconciles receivables and cash, and continually reviews internal controls. Before their time in municipal finance, Jennifer worked as a Municipal Auditor at Giusti & Hingston, CPA's for over 20 years, specializing in financial statement preparation, internal control testing, and small business consulting. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
