Caitlyn Baker

Caitlyn Baker currently serves as the Assistant Library Director for the City of Miami, OK, where responsibilities include planning and supervising library services and programs, along with financial management tasks. Prior experience includes various roles within Freeman Health System, progressing from Benefits Assistant to Benefits Coordinator while managing HR benefits for over 4,000 employees. Caitlyn has also worked in customer service and management roles at Dressbarn, Target, and Walmart, demonstrating strong leadership, training, and conflict resolution skills. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Health Science and Business from Missouri Southern State University and an Associate’s Degree from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College.
