Kerry Koehler

Kerry Koehler currently serves as the Assistant City Engineer for the City of Lubbock since August 2024 and has held the role of Capital Improvements Director and City Engineer for the City of Midland since January 2023. Previously, Kerry Koehler was the Assistant Utility Director and spent six years at Westwood Professional Services as the San Antonio Land Market Leader, focusing on client consultation, project planning, design coordination, and construction management. Additionally, Kerry Koehler operated as the Director of the Residential Market and Owner at Coursen-Koehler Engineering & Associates from August 2008 to January 2017. Kerry Koehler earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University between 1987 and 1992.
