Don Maisch

Don Maisch has extensive legal experience, currently serving as the City Attorney for the City of Midwest City since April 2021. Prior to this role, Don held various positions within the City of Oklahoma City, including Management Specialist and Property Specialist from March 2018 to April 2021. Don also worked as an Attorney At Law in a self-employed capacity between November 2017 and March 2018. From September 2010 to October 2017, Don served as General Counsel for the Oklahoma State Department of Health, and earlier held roles such as Supervising Attorney and Staff Attorney at the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality from February 1995 to September 2010. Don began a legal career at Legal Aid of Western Oklahoma as a Staff Attorney from February 1988 to March 1995. Education includes a Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law, completed between 1983 and 1986.
