Lyhak Eam

Lyhak Eam, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in both municipal and private sectors. Currently serving as Principal Civil Engineer for the City of Milpitas since August 2018, Lyhak previously held roles such as Associate Civil Engineer and Assistant Engineer at the City of Santa Clara, as well as Project Engineer/Estimator at QLM-INC. Notable competencies include project coordination, compliance management, and document control, alongside strong technical skills developed during a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Cambodian Institute of Technology.
