Weston L is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Dashlabs.ai since July 2020. Additionally, Weston holds the position of Engineering Director for the COVID-19 Tech Response Team at the Philippine Red Cross, where responsibilities commenced upon the team's founding in May 2020. As the Founder and Lead Developer of Dashboard Philippines, initiated in March 2020, Weston aims to provide trusted local data during the pandemic, relying on volunteer support. Furthermore, Weston founded tabbr in April 2018, a platform that has grown to serve over 30,000 users across multiple Asian countries for debate tournaments and educational purposes. Prior experience includes working as a Product Manager at Melotic, a fintech company, and serving as a Debate Coach at Xavier School, where Weston helped secure national championship titles. Early professional experience includes an internship at J&E Office Furniture Systems. Weston earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines, completing studies in 2015.
