Margaret Tamisiea

Margaret Tamisiea is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community engagement and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Special Projects Associate for the City of Milpitas since March 2023, Tamisiea previously held roles such as Community Engagement Manager at Seagate Technology from May 2011 to January 2023, and Director of Community Development (Consultant) for the San Jose Chamber of Commerce from March 2018 to August 2022. With expertise in corporate philanthropy, Tamisiea also worked as a Corporate Philanthropy Consultant for organizations including the Entrepreneurs Foundation, Brocade, and Aruba Networks. Additional consulting roles include working at eBay, Hewlett-Packard, and Applied Materials. Tamisiea's career began in community relations at Adobe Systems, Inc., where work spanned from 2004 to December 2010. Tamisiea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from San José State University.
