Kaleena Hughes

Kaleena Hughes is an experienced GIS and asset management professional with a strong background in geographic information systems, having held various positions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Asset Management Coordinator for the City of Milwaukie since August 2023, previous roles include Geographic Information Systems Analyst at Henkels & McCoy, Inc. and GIS Technician III - Technical Lead at the City of Portland. With a solid foundation in GIS analysis and cartography, Kaleena has provided support across diverse city departments and external organizations while leading technical teams, managing workflow, and implementing policies. Educational accomplishments include a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology, both from Portland State University.
