Benjamin Bedard

Benjamin Bedard has a diverse work experience in the field of property appraisals and real estate. Benjamin started their career as a Certified Residential Appraiser at Bedard Appraisals, Inc. from October 2008 to September 2012. Benjamin then worked as a Property Appraiser at Crow Wing County from September 2012 to December 2013. Following that, they joined City of Minnetonka as a Property Appraiser from December 2013 to June 2015. Benjamin then became a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Olmsted County Minnesota from July 2015 to December 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Business Application Manager at City of Minneapolis, starting from June 2021.

Benjamin Bedard obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Religion/Religious Studies from St. Olaf College between the years 2000 and 2004. Following that, they pursued further education and acquired a Master's Degree in Theological Studies from Emory University, completing their studies in the years 2005 to 2007.
