Carlos Baires Escobar

Carlos Baires Escobar is a seasoned law enforcement professional with extensive experience in the City of Minneapolis, currently serving as a Sergeant since June 2007, overseeing patrol officers in the 3rd Precinct and assisting in emergency calls.
