Kathy Wagner Cid

Kathy Wagner CID, PMP, has extensive experience in space and asset management, currently serving as the Manager of Space & Asset Management for the City of Minneapolis since August 2013, following a role as Senior Facilities Planner. Prior to this, Kathy held the position of Senior Project Manager for Global Real Estate, Design & Construction at Thomson Reuters from June 1998 to August 2013, overseeing multi-million dollar projects across all phases, including master planning and vendor management. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Manager for Norwest Properties (Wells Fargo) from 1986 to 1998, managing corporate and commercial projects in the Twin Cities, and as Project Coordinator at Control Data from 1984 to 1986, focusing on space management and workplace solutions. Kathy earned an Associate's degree in Interior Design & Sales from Dakota County Technical College, completing studies from 1982 to 1984.
