Margaux M. has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as an ITS Administrative Assistant and Transfer Adjustment Liaison at Truman State University. Margaux played a crucial role in remaking transfer student orientation and improving the overall transfer process. In 2014, Margaux worked as a Legislative Intern for the Missouri House of Representatives and as a Research Associate and Communications Associate for Project Vote Smart, where they represented the organization to the media and edited press releases and social media content. Margaux then worked as a Legal Assistant at Kasting, Kauffman and Mersen, P.C., where they prepared legal documents and coordinated with public officials. From 2017 to 2018, they served as an Executive Associate and Board Liaison at Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity, taking charge of research, correspondence, and board organization. Margaux then joined Ewald Consulting as an Associate Account Executive, where they managed staff and volunteers, developed relationships with vendors and partners, and collaborated on strategic vision and budget. Most recently, they worked as a Lead Committee Page at the Minnesota Senate, overseeing committee pages' activities and ensuring the smooth functioning of Senate committees. In 2023, Margaux joined the City of Minneapolis as a Project Coordinator for Constituent Services.

Margaux M. obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science and Government from Truman State University in 2014. Prior to that, they attended Augustana College, where they pursued studies in Biology and Political Science. However, the duration of their time at Augustana College and whether or not they completed a degree there is unknown.
