Tammy Dickinson

Tammy Pfaendtner Dickinson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in career development and program management. Currently serving as the Career Pathways Manager and STEP-UP Director for the City of Minneapolis since March 2008, Tammy has dedicated over a decade to advancing workforce solutions. Prior to this role, Tammy held the position of Program Director at Tree Trust for 15 years. Academically, Tammy earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, completing studies from 1988 to 1992, and holds a High School Diploma from Rockford, received in 1988.
