Jayce Alexander

Jayce Alexander is an experienced professional in the fields of education and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as a Board Member at YMCA - Ridgedale since May 2024 and as the Senior Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Coordinator for the City of Minnetonka since June 2023, Jayce's notable past roles include Instructional Coach at Breakthrough Minneapolis at Blake from June 2022 to June 2023, and Middle School Social Studies Teacher at The Blake School, where the position held from August 2015 to June 2023 also involved facilitating affinity groups. Jayce holds a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Hamline University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Diversity Leadership at the University of St. Thomas, expected to be completed in September 2025.
