Sarah Krake has extensive experience in property coordination and real estate appraisal. Currently serving as the Right of Way/Property Coordinator for the City of Minnetonka since May 2008, responsibilities include coordinating land acquisition for city projects and reviewing land development submissions for easement conflicts. Previously, Sarah held a part-time position as Engineering/Planning Admin, assisting the public with inquiries about improvement projects and assessments. Prior experience includes being a Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser from June 2004 to May 2008, providing appraisals primarily for lenders. Early career roles included Client Associate at RBC Dain Rauscher and Margin Specialist at Dain Rauscher. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas and has pursued additional professional education and continuing legal education.
