Kevin Williams

Kevin Williams serves as a Police Captain for the City of Missouri City, Texas, since June 2013, where responsibilities include administrative duties, personnel management, and employee development. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Lieutenant at the Houston METRO Police Department from May 1993 to June 2013, and served as a Sergeant in the US Army from July 1983 to May 1992. Kevin's education includes attending the FBI National Academy (Session 269), completing the Executive Leadership Course at Penn State University, and graduating from the Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command (Class #329). Additionally, Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Midwestern State University while also receiving education from Jack Yates High School, Houston Community College, and Mountain State University.
