Kevin Stoots has extensive experience in geographic information systems and coaching, currently serving as a GIS Analyst III for the City of Mobile since July 2003. Prior to this role, Kevin Stoots was the Cross Country and Track Coach as well as the Sports Information Director at the University of Mobile from June 1998 to December 2003. Earlier in the career, Engineering Assistant was the title held at the Johnson City Power Board during 1995 to 1996. Kevin Stoots earned a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of South Alabama between 1988 and 1993, and continued education at East Tennessee State University from 1993 to 1995.
