Jessica Hill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community and economic development. Currently serving as the Director of Community and Economic Development for the City of Modesto since November 2016, Jessica has held various leadership roles including Community Development Manager and Infrastructure Financing Program Supervisor. Previously, Jessica worked with Habitat for Humanity in Stanislaus County from March 2009 to October 2016 as the Director of Development and Family Services Analyst. Jessica's career began at UBS as a Learning Logistics Coordinator from August 2007 to August 2008. Educational credentials include a Certificate in International Business from Cambridge University and a BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara. Early education was completed at Grace M. Davis High School.
