Matt Sierk has extensive law enforcement experience, currently serving as a Police Officer for the City of Monroe, NC since January 2018 and as a Probation Parole Officer for the North Carolina Department of Public Safety since January 2014. In the role of high-risk supervision officer located in Union County, Matt Sierk has received extensive training in arrest search and seizure and has successfully led joint operations with various agencies, including the United States Marshall Service, Homeland Security, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
