Al Bromley

Al Bromley is the Director of Human Resources at City of Moose Jaw. Bromley has over fifteen years of experience in human resources, including management positions with the Government of Saskatchewan and City of Moose Jaw.

Bromley’s experience includes labour relations, organizational development, job evaluation and staffing and recruitment. In their current role, Bromley provides leadership in the delivery of programs and services for the City of Moose Jaw, including organizational structure, recruitment, job evaluation and classification, wage and salary administration, employee benefits and pension administration, training and organizational development, labour relations and collective bargaining negotiation, employee counselling, policy development and Occupational Health and Safety.

Al Bromley has a certificate in leading a mentally healthy workplace from Queen's University. They also have a certificate of recognition in leadership development from the University of Saskatchewan. They also have a diploma in journalism administration from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.

They are on a team with Darrin Stephanson - Director of Public Works & Utilities, Bevan Harlton - Director of Engineering Services, and Brian Acker - Director of Financial Services. Their manager is Clive Tolley, Mayor.
