Emily Muzzarelli P.e.

Emily Muzzarelli, P.E. is the Assistant City Manager for the City of Morgantown, WV, where responsibilities include overseeing city operations supported by over 275 positions and managing a budget of approximately $35 million. Previously, Emily served as the Interim Executive Director for the Campus Neighborhoods Revitalization Corporation, leading urban development projects aimed at revitalizing neighborhoods surrounding West Virginia University. Emily's engineering background includes experience as an Engineer/Project Manager at WallacePancher Group, focusing on project planning and design in stormwater management and utilities, as well as a Civil Engineer for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, where tasks included environmental management and permit development. Emily holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
