Phillip Fountain

Phillip Fountain has a diverse work experience in construction and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Principal Clerk for the City of Mount Vernon since August 2020, Phillip also functions as a Journeyman Laborer with Local 235 Laborers Union since July 2017, where responsibilities include demolition, concrete work, and site safety management. Additionally, Phillip has worked as a General Laborer at Creative Direction Construction & Design, LLC since November 2014, assisting construction managers and interpreting blueprints, and held the role of Executive Assistant, focusing on scheduling OSHA classes and managing appointments for the CEO. Phillip’s educational background includes studies in Fashion Merchandising at Herkimer County Community College and a diploma in General Studies from New Rochelle High School.
