Laura J. Reed, PMP, serves as the Stormwater Program Manager for the City of Mountlake Terrace since August 2017, overseeing compliance with the NPDES Phase II municipal permit and representing the city at the Lake Ballinger/McAleer Creek Watershed Forum. Prior to this role, Laura held positions including Stormwater/Wastewater Infrastructure Manager at Brown and Caldwell, where technical recommendations were provided for the $430M Ship Canal Water Quality Project, and Senior Account Manager at ADS Environmental Services, focusing on business development for flow monitoring services across multiple regions. Laura's extensive experience includes managing the Combined Sewer Overflow Monitoring Program at Seattle Public Utilities, where a regulatory-driven program was implemented, and leading various monitoring programs for stream health and restoration. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Water Resources Science from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Williams College.
