Barbara Thomas

Barbara Thomas currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Transportation for the City of Nanaimo since September 2019. In addition, Barbara has held the position of Manager of Engineering at the Municipality of North Cowichan since May 2016, showcasing extensive experience in municipal engineering and transportation management.
