Heather Maloney

Heather Maloney is an experienced Administrative Services Manager at the City of Napa, a position held since March 2014, with responsibilities including strategic planning, program management, budget administration, and staff supervision. Special assignments include serving as Program Manager for the City-wide Employee Engagement and Culture Change Program since 2019 and leading the City of Napa Civic Center Project from 2016 to 2020.
