Liz Habkirk has extensive experience in public administration and management, currently serving as Assistant City Manager and previously as Deputy City Manager for the City of Napa since January 2020. Prior roles include Deputy Director of Public Works - General Services and various management analyst positions within the County of Napa, where responsibilities involved overseeing countywide property management, fleet management, and engaging in comprehensive planning efforts. Earlier in the career, Liz held advanced analytical roles at the City of Reno, tackling complex operational problems and managing special projects within the City Manager's Office. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Administration from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor's degree in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
