Neal Harrison is an experienced economic development professional with a robust background in managing and implementing strategic initiatives across various sectors. Currently, as Economic Development Manager for the City of Napa, Neal leads efforts to support local businesses, enhance private investment, and promote economic resilience. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director for the Santa Clara University Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship, where Neal facilitated policy and innovation for startups targeting UN Sustainable Development Goals. Earlier roles include Managing Director at Engineers Without Borders Canada, where Neal focused on business development services in Africa, and Economic Development Specialist for the City of New Orleans, coordinating post-Katrina rebuilding strategies.
