Rajneil Prasad

Rajneil Prasad serves as the Finance Director/Treasurer for the City of Napa since October 2022, following a role as Deputy Finance Director. Previous experience includes serving as Controller at Sherwood Harbor Marina, LLC from May 2007 to December 2023, where oversight of internal control initiatives and financial processes was conducted. As Accounting Manager for the City of Citrus Heights from April 2019 to October 2022, management of financial services and capital accounting projects was directed. Earlier roles included Senior Accountant & Auditor and Senior Accountant at the City of West Sacramento, as well as Senior Accountant and Financial Consultant at General Produce Company. Rajneil Prasad holds an MBA in Accounting Management from Jessup University and a BBA in Accounting Management from the University of Phoenix.
