Devin Massopust

Devin Massopust possesses extensive experience in local government management, currently serving as City Manager for the City of New Brighton since March 2017 after previously holding the Assistant City Manager position. Prior roles include Project Coordinator at Dakota County from April 2016 to March 2017, City Management Fellow at the City of Edina from June 2015 to April 2016, and Management Analyst along with Administrative Intern at the City of Delano from June 2013 to June 2015. Devin Massopust holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Hamline University (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from St. John's University (2009-2013).
