Emily Rosenthal

Project Evaluator, Drug Free Communities Grant at City of New Britain

Emily Rosenthal, MPH, LMSW, currently serves as a grant evaluator at Amplify, Inc. since April 2023. Rosenthal possesses extensive experience in project evaluation roles across several organizations, including the Northwest Corner Prevention Network, Windham PRIDE Coalition, The McCall Center for Behavioral Health, Southington STEPS, the City of New Britain, Haddam Killingworth Youth and Family Services, and State and Federal Prevention Grants, all of which commenced in 2021 or 2022. Prior to these positions, Rosenthal was the Coordinator of the Wellness Center at Southern Connecticut State University from January 2015 to January 2021, leading health promotion strategies and mentoring interns. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Coordinator at Project Access of New Haven, focusing on program expansion needs. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Harvard University and dual master's degrees in Public Health and Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago.
