Richard Parks is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in public service, specifically focusing on code enforcement, neighborhood services, public works, and recycling coordination. Richard holds certifications in Public Management, Recycling, and Public Works Management from Rutgers University. Currently working as a Code Enforcement Officer for the City of New Port Richey, Richard previously served as the Director of Neighborhood Services for the Township of Medford.
