Vanessa F. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recreation, user experience design, and administrative support. Currently serving as an Ice Skating Instructor and Attendant at the City of New Westminster, Vanessa has developed lesson plans, choreographed figure skating routines, and trained fellow instructors since July 2014. Additional roles within the City include Recreation Facility Clerk and EOC Administrative Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed customer service and crisis management during the COVID-19 pandemic.
