Fred Dixon

Fred Dixon has been involved in the tourism and hospitality industry for over 20 years. Fred began their career as a marketing and reservation sales representative for Delta Airlines. Fred then took a position as tourism sales manager for Gatlinburg, followed by corporate sales manager for The Biltmore Company. In 2002, they became director of sales and marketing for Planet Hollywood. Dixon then moved to NYC & Company in 2005, where they served as executive vice president of market development until 2014. Fred is currently the president and CEO of NYC & Company.

Fred Dixon received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.

Their manager is Eric L. Adams, Mayor. They are on a team with Jessica Tisch - Commissioner, Department of Sanitation, Lorraine Grillo - First Deputy Mayor, and Jessica Katz - Chief Housing Officer.
