Notoya Steadman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in harm reduction and community advocacy. Currently serving as a Harm Reduction Specialist for the City of New York since October 2011, Notoya develops and implements strategies to aid individuals facing substance use, HIV/AIDS, and violence. Notoya also conducts community training sessions on overdose prevention. Additionally, as a Business Owner of AMZN SOFISTICATION since November 2020, Notoya is recognized as a registered supplier for major financial institutions and government contracts, an active vendor at Brooklyn Night Market, and achieved third place in the Black Connects Fever Pitch Business competition. Notoya authored "The ABCs of Black Future," focusing on youth inspiration and empowerment, while also leading brand development initiatives. Notoya's educational background includes a Master of Public Health from The Chicago School, a Bachelor of Science from St. Francis College, and a certificate in Women's Entrepreneurship from Cornell University.
