Eric S. Pennington

Eric Pennington is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial litigation, civil rights, and employment discrimination. Currently serving as Business Administrator for the City of Newark since July 2018, Pennington previously held the role of Managing Partner at Pennington Law Group, a minority-owned law firm focused on defending DWI/DUI cases and litigating civil rights matters.
