Vincent Urbano P.e.

Vincent Urbano P.E. has over three decades of experience in civil engineering, with a career spanning from July 1987 to the present. Currently serving as the Chief of Construction and Bridges at the City of Newport News since July 1997, Vincent has held several key positions including Chief of Civil Design Engineering and Assistant Chief of Civil Design. Prior to this, Vincent worked as a Senior Engineer at Buchart Horn, Inc. for a decade. Vincent earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University, completing the degree in 1987.
