Holly Ramon

Holly Ramon's work experience includes serving as the Human Resources Director for the City of Noblesville since 2000. Prior to that, they held the same position at Carmel Care Center, where they were responsible for all human resources functions of a 300+ bed nursing home facility. Holly'sjob duties included talent acquisition, onboarding, employee retention, HR policy and implementation, benefit administration, and file management. Holly also worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Carmel Care Center before being promoted to the director role.

Holly Ramon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the Indiana Institute of Technology. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including the "Drive Results with Talent" certification from ADVISA in August 2023 and the "SHRM People Analytics Specialty" certification from SHRM in April 2021. Holly is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP) and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certified by the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
